Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
